A shorter, focused session with in-home sleep assessment and plan walkthrough during the day! This will be for 4-6 hours during the day.  This is great for parents who enjoy modeling and hands-on help to implement the sleep plan for naps.

Evening support with hands-on help for implementing your baby’s sleep plan on night one in your own home! This will be from 6pm-6am the following day. This is great for parents who enjoy modeling and hands-on help to implement the sleep plan!

This service is available for local families and includes hands-on support in your home. I’ll guide you through how to implement your baby’s personalized sleep plan in person and complete a thorough nursery assessment to ensure the environment is set up for safe, soothing, and optimal sleep. (60 minutes)
